If you have requested an exchange through our Return Portal, selected your new item, and already sent back your return — either using your own return label or one downloaded from our website — we will process it as soon as we receive your package.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.. Please note that exchanges are always dispatched after the returned items have been checked.
