My order was originally shipped to the US, but I am now in another country. Can I ship it directly to Meermin in the US?

You may arrange the shipment independently, but please note that Meermin did not import the original order into your current country and therefore does not hold the corresponding import/export documentation.

Any return sent from another country to the US must be shipped with all duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and import costs prepaid by the sender (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).

Meermin will not cover any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges generated by the return shipment.

If a parcel arrives with outstanding import or customs charges, we may be unable to accept it and the shipment may be refused or returned to the sender.

We therefore recommend contacting an international courier or third-party logistics provider that can arrange the shipment and the necessary customs formalities on your behalf.
