If you’ve made a purchase on our U.S., Canadian, or Mexico website and your order begins with the code U or NY, you can return your item(s) to our NYC physical store for processing.
Return Process:
If you are in New York City, you are welcome to visit our store. Our staff will assist you with your return. Please review the following options and steps:
- Exchange from Online:
- Take your returned items to our NYC store and print out the Return Form.
- Please note that exchanges for online purchases will be shipped from our warehouse. The exchanged item cannot be taken directly from the store since it was originally an online purchase.
- Exchange for an In-Store Item:
- Bring your returned items to our NYC store and select the refund option on the Return Form.
- You can then make a new purchase at the store. Our online team will process the refund for your original online purchase within 7-14 business days.
- Refund:
- Bring your returned items to our NYC store, select the refund option on the Return Form.
- The refund will be processed through our online system, which typically takes 7-14 business days.
Important Information:
- Please ensure that you print out the Return Form so our team can process your return smoothly and efficiently.
