Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an order placed during our sale can be cancelled or modified.

Our team will always do its best to accommodate your request, but we cannot confirm or guarantee that an order has been successfully cancelled, stopped, or edited, as our warehouse team works very quickly to process and dispatch orders.

In the event that an order can be stopped, it would always be issued as store credit, not as a refund. ( Credits are valid for 12 Months)

For this reason, all sale orders are considered final sales.
