We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In general, the majority of our items are eligible for return, provided they meet certain criteria. Items must be unused and returned within 15 days from the date of reception. 

However, it's important to note that there are some exceptions to our return policy. Made To Order products (MTO), Custom products, and items labeled as Final Sales are not eligible for return. This is because these products are specially crafted for you or marked as final, making them non-returnable.
