During our Spring Sale Event, we are pleased to offer a one-time price adjustment on eligible purchases upon request. The original purchase must have been made within 15 days prior to the start of the Sale Event (April 13th), and the price adjustment request must be submitted while the Event is still active.
Only items that are part of the Sale and have its price marked down compared to the original purchase price are eligible for adjustment. To be eligible, the original purchase must not have been part of any other promotion, discount, or offer at the time of purchase. Items excluded from the sale or purchased with promotional pricing are not eligible for price adjustments.
Each eligible purchase is limited to one price adjustment per item. To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team and provide your original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
The difference in price will be refunded to the original form of payment used for the purchase. This policy is designed to ensure that everyone can shop confidently during the Sale Event. All requests are subject to verification and approval.
