Important: If your package has been marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not yet received it, please allow 5 days before initiating a claim. This is a standard grace period requested by both Extend and the shipping carriers, as packages may still appear during this time (for example, if they were left with a neighbor, delivered to a mailroom, or scanned as delivered prematurely). If the package has not appeared after the 5-day period, you may proceed with filing a claim here.
